Compeer Investments LLC is a Property Management company established in May of 2013 in the state of Pennsylvania with the purpose of managing owner and owner affiliated real estate holdings. Compeer Investments manages both Residential and Commercial properties. Currently there are nearly 200 leases under management consisting of Single-Family, Multi-Family, Office, Retail, and Industrial properties. Residential management is comprised of 15 properties; 10 of those are Multi-Family. The commercial portfolio managed by Compeer Investments includes 2 industrial tenants and 57 individual commercial leases. Three additional Commercial properties are currently under construction and nearing delivery.
Over the last 3 years, ownership sold 5 Multi-Family properties with 165 units. Two of these properties were low to moderate income with a majority of those tenants eligible for subsidized rent.
